“Just left a two day stay at this hotel and it was excellent! We came with a large group of teens for a nearby conference and the staff was polite, helpful and friendly. We have stayed at other local hotels and this one stood above the rest and was also very affordable. It was excellent. Angelina and her team were so accommodating and kind.”
“Stayed here for a local concert at Thunder Valley Casino Resort and had 0 complaints!!! Service from the staff was great! The room was clean and quiet. The free breakfast was some of the best hot foods I've seen. The hotel was also decorated nicely in holiday decor. Highly recommended!”

“We stayed at Home2 Suites by Hilton Roseville, Sacramento for two nights for a wedding, and it was a really great stay. The hotel was clean, modern, and comfortable, and it was exactly what we needed for the weekend.
We also had a chance to use the pool, which we really enjoyed. It was a nice way to relax during the trip.
Big thank you to Jacob, the manager we interacted with, for being so friendly and helpful. Also appreciate Christian and Kevin on the breakfast crew — they were both super nice and made mornings feel easy. Overall, a really pleasant stay and we’d definitely come back.”

I stay at the TownePlace Suites by Marriott on Fairway Drive often, and every single time feels like a true staycation a home away from home. I work at the property I live at, so being able to decompress somewhere that feels comforting, welcoming, and peaceful means everything. This location gives me that exact feeling every time I walk through the doors.
I want to personally recognize Abby because she consistently goes above and beyond. Every stay, she treats us with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care. She’s a huge part of why we keep coming back. Because of her, I haven’t even bothered trying any other hotels in the area I’m more than satisfied with the service I receive here.
In property management, we always say: One bad experience gets told to ten people, but one good experience maybe gets told to one. Well, this is one of those experiences I want to shout from the rooftops. Every visit has been exceptional through and through.
On a street full of hotel options, the service here is what sets this place apart. If you’re looking for comfort, kindness, and consistency, this is the place to be.

“The check in was very quick and the guy who helped me was very nice. I feel bad because he was the only one working and it turned out the hotel sold out and the elevator went out. It was only 1 guy running the whole place so props to him. He helped me very quickly and was nice and answered my questions. Overall it was a good experience for me, they extended the courtesy to let me check out at 2PM which I appreciate!”

“It’s an older hotel but nice. The gym is pretty good. The DB’s go up to 75 lbs.
The breakfast burrito is legit. Can make that 2 meals if you split it.
The steak was decent and the potatoes and vegetables were really good!”

“Shower faucet was dripping the entire time. Very nice and quiet room. Excellent front desk service. Was a little hard at first to find the front lobby from the parking lot. Breakfast selection was great!”
“Nice stay. Nice clean room, friendly staff, nice breakfast spread, nice garden view from the room and right off I-80. Nice amenities with even a self-coded room safe. Our only concern was in the side building that we were in had the door that was unlocked without a key card entry. A concern, but otherwise we were very content staying there.”

“The room was a good size and clean. Comfortable bed. Hotel in a convenient location from downtown Roseville and close enough to the event space that we went to. What truly blew me away was the quality of the breakfast served at the hotel. Food was better than some diners! Biscuits were fresh, gravy delicious, fluffy scrambled eggs and properly cooked breakfast potatoes and sausage. Even the coffee was better than most hotels I've stayed at. I would definitely go back even just for the breakfast! Recommend this spot for sure!!!”

“I had to stay in Roseville 2 nights for the Bar exam and I reserved Best Western Orchid when I got there and It was terrible, dirty, smelled like cigarettes and mold. However I left and came to Heritage Inn. When I got here I was impressed by how clean the hotel was, front desk Jammie was very friendly. The room was tidy, comfortable and bathroom super spacious. Well worth the money and that felt like a hotel not a motel at all. Bed was great with nice comforter and clean sheets and pillows smelling fresh. I appreciated that very much! Great quality body wash, shampoo & conditioner and body lotion. Room was exactly like in the photos.”

“Everyone was very nice and everything was very clean. The shower was amazing with a small wand which is great for washing those hard-to-reach places. The breakfast was very standard, nothing to rave or complain about. The coffee bar was excellent with a small thermos of half and half and honey both of which are not common for hotel coffee bars and both get a big thumbs up from me. Also they have a laundry room with free laundry which is uncommon but lovely! The only two complaints I can think of is that the bed was kind of hard and uncomfortable, and the hotel lobby's computer was broken and according to the staff has been for 1.5 months... Seems like an awful long time for it to be broken. I needed it to print out documents for my business trip. Luckily the front desk guy printed out the documents for me. Unfortunately the hot tub and sauna were out of order and they appeared to turn the sauna into a storage room which seems to indicate that they have no desire to actually work on it. As for food, it is within 500 feet of an In-N-Out which if you like that place is a huge bonus. Unfortunately most of the other food places you will have to drive to. Or go on quite a long walk.”
