I ended up not loving our first bed and was able to exchange it after a few months. We did pay a restocking fee and delivery fee for the replacement, however, the deal they were able to provide on our initial purchase still made the whole thing very affordable.”

Delivery was promp and installation was fast as well. Will leave a follow up review on how we like the mattress a couple months from now.”

“I called up the Roklin location and spoke with KD and she provided the best customer service I could have hoped for. She was genuine and kind, extremely helpful. She went out of her way to help me track down the item I was looking for. She even helped me out with getting the item dropped off. I would highly recommend that you ask for KD when you go into this location becuase she is great. I am not sure if she is the manager or not but she should be.”

“First time going to Bob's Furniture store in Roseville. They have a good variety of selections (bedroom furniture). Upon entering, was greeted warmly. They're was no pressure selling and they were not too intrusive while I was looking around. Sales Rep. Jack C, provided excellent customer service and answered a lot of questions that I had. I ended up buying a bedroom set from them bec of their good prices and courteous service. Whether you're just window shopping or are in the market to buy furniture and/or mattresses, take a look at their stores to comparison shop. They have good prices.”

“Out of curiosity, I walked into the Casper Sleep Store in the Roseville Galleria. I knew I would need a new mattress and wanted to check out a Casper. I spoke with David Asquith who listened to all my needs and asked follow-up questions before making two suggestions. I got a chance to test each mattress and David took down my information to communicate with upcoming sales and answer questions. His guidance and information on the products helped me make a final decision as I compared Casper to its competitors. I ordered a mattress along with an adjustable base and I have been so pleased with my purchase. I wake up well rested with no stiffness and the adjustable base helps allows me to get better sleep.”

“My mom loves her new bed!Mom has had a rough few months in regards to her health. We had considered getting a hospital bed, but decided an adjustable bed would be better. Little did we know it would work with her for poster bed!Nick was great. He opened his shop just so Mom could lay on the matresses and select the right one. We were the only ones in the shop, which was nice since Mom was still weak after a recent injury. He was patient and gave us all the time we needed and then delivered the bed sooner than promised!The price included free delivery, set up, and hauling away the old mattress, and was still less than a budget adjustable bed we could have bought online, which wouldn't have included the set up and removal of the old mattress set. “While shopping for new living room furniture, I went to 3 different furniture stores and went to Ashley's 3 separate times, while I was trying to decide what new design to go with. The selection at Ashley's was better than the other furniture stores I visited. All 3 trips to Ashley's were great. Philip was my sales associate. He helped me plan color schemes, showed me multiple items that would fit in my space, and basically help me decorate the room. He was not pushy, and when I said I need to walk around to think, he left me alone to do so. Philip was patient, helpful, and pleasant to work with. I will buy from him again”
