We came in to try some stuff out and see what works, and Joe opened our eyes to more facets of sleep than I knew existed. He walked us through different options, asked a lot of questions about us and our sleep patterns and preferences, and crafted a list of the best options for us.
It took us a little longer than usual customers to make our decision (3 days), but through it all he kept a smile on his face, helped us when we had concerns, and even kept our daughter entertained when I was taking too long trying to make a decision. Best of all, I never once felt PRESSURED in any direction. That meant the world to me.
In summation, come in and see Joe when you need a bed, you absolutely won’t regret it.
Update: We needed some additional help, so we went back in to see Joe again. Without hesitation, he did what he does best. Got us squared away, solved our issue, and did it with a smile and friendly conversation as we went. Long as he’s here, we will never go anywhere else for our bed needs.”
“Great small location that gets the job done. Bad warranty policies from corporate not allowing direct replacement of similar models or comparable if previous model discontinued. Instead having to pay all of the inflated prices on the similar or predecessor of discontinued models. I should be eligible to get a direct replacement instead of having to always pick a new mattress and pay the difference especially if I loved the previous model that they discontinued such as the beauty rest black C-Class was discontinued and in place of it is the series 3 pillow top. But this is a great location and they have nothing to do with the warranty policies etc. Jerry was very helpful. Great staff, great location.”

“We initially stopped by here as they were the only stores that carried the dream cloud mattresses that we wanted to try out. Did not like the mattress at all so Paul listened to what we liked and recommended us another mattress that we absolutely loved. He was great, helpful, and gave us options of 2 similar beds. One within our budget and one a bit more out of our budget. We were deciding back and forth but Paul was more than willing to work with us on the nicer bed that we wanted and gave us a great deal. The owner, Nick, met with me on short notice on a Sunday afternoon. He was patient and let me try mattresses for as long as I needed. He wasn't pushy at all, he didn't try to rush me, I could tell he wanted to make sure I found the right mattress. He sold me the mattress for a fraction of the retail price (I had to look up the mattress because I didn't believe how much less he was selling it for, but it was true!).
So, I left with a great mattress for less than half the price than I thought I would originally have to pay for it. I appreciate Nick for making the experience simple and headache free.”

“We purchased our bed sometime in September We walked in probably like an hour before they closed knowing we were cutting it close but I was determined to try the beds especially after seeing mattresses and frames were in my budget. Bridget greeted us and never once made us feel bad bout the time we walked in. Never mentioned what time they close nothing. She got our names and asked questions about what we thought we were in the market for. She never asked our budget inquired about income, nothing. Just made sure we found what we wanted. Ironically I thought I wanted the more expensive option but my boyfriend and I liked a cheaper option more, not because prices but because of comfort. Because we got a cheaper mattress we were able to splurge on other options like pillows and sheets. Bridget was very clear about warranty, what could be returned or exchanged and what absolutely could not. She made sure to repeat it and actually made it funny and memorable. She was extremely close in helping us find our sleep number but also let us know that number could change over time. I absolutely cannot recommend her enough. It was the best experience dealing with a salesperson that I can recall. Since our purchase a few months ago she has texted once a month to make sure we are happy with the purchase and has been very instrumental in help us figure out comfort level and answering questions. I hope to not have to buy another bed for a long time but if I did I would 100 look for Bridget again. A++ on sales, and as for the bed, we got the flex top P5 (not at all what I was expecting to buy) and the flex fit 2 adjustable base which is what I wanted. We are very happy with our purchase. Were just over 2 months in with sleeping and adjusting. It takes time, but we found our comfort levels and we are sleeping well.”

“We love our new chairs. The purchasing process was good, Kim was helpful and polite. No five star review due to the ridiculous delivery fee of $135.00. They did not call the day prior to confirm a delivery window, nor the delivery day. I had to call. Dear Macy’s leadership, if you’re going to offer a service called “white gloves delivery” then make it such. Just build the delivery fee into your pricing, since pick up is not an option. Then when delivered truly give white glove service. Remove from the boxes and take them with you to be recycled.”
