“I went in frustrated with an issue that I had with some bedding and the lack of consistency in quality I was seeing within the same product. Sadie at guest service and Declan (I’m assuming he’s a manager) acted on compassion and understanding and I deeply appreciate feeling heard by them. Shout out to the great customer service this store has!”
“Great small location that gets the job done. Bad warranty policies from corporate not allowing direct replacement of similar models or comparable if previous model discontinued. Instead having to pay all of the inflated prices on the similar or predecessor of discontinued models. I should be eligible to get a direct replacement instead of having to always pick a new mattress and pay the difference especially if I loved the previous model that they discontinued such as the beauty rest black C-Class was discontinued and in place of it is the series 3 pillow top. But this is a great location and they have nothing to do with the warranty policies etc. Jerry was very helpful. Great staff, great location.”

“Green acres is always a great time. I love their huge selection of plants and their staff is usually quite knowledgeable about how to care for the plants. Their pricing for pots can be quite expensive but their pricing for plants I think is fair. They even have ads that portray cool group planting ideas for plants so that you can mimic professional landscape decor.”

“I’ve always enjoyed shopping at HomeGoods because you never know what treasures you’ll find. Half the fun is wandering through the aisles, discovering unexpected items, and checking out the displays near the checkout line. The store does a great job of creating a fun browsing experience, and I almost always leave with something I didn’t plan on buying. That sense of discovery is one of the main reasons I keep coming back.
During my most recent visit, however, I had an interaction that felt a bit unusual. While my mom and I were waiting in line, an employee was actively asking customers if they were ready to check out. Initially, I thought she was simply trying to keep the line moving efficiently, which I appreciated. As the conversation continued, though, she began expressing frustration about customers who continue browsing while in line or who take phone calls while waiting. She shared her annoyance with the situation quite openly, and it felt less like a helpful reminder and more like a complaint directed at customers.
I can certainly understand wanting to keep the checkout process running smoothly, especially when the store is busy. There are situations where customers can be inconsiderate, particularly if they hold up the line without acknowledging others. However, HomeGoods is a store that practically encourages browsing, even while waiting to pay. The displays near the registers are specifically designed to catch shoppers’ attention and inspire last-minute purchases. Because of that, seeing customers continue to look around while standing in line feels completely normal and expected.
The employee's comments made the interaction feel a little awkward and unnecessary, even though I understand the point she was trying to make. Fortunately, this experience didn't take away from my overall appreciation of the store. I still enjoy shopping here and will continue to visit because of the great selection and unique finds. I just hope future interactions are approached with a bit more patience and understanding, since leisurely browsing is part of what makes HomeGoods such an enjoyable place to shop.”

“An excellent experience from start to finish. We knew what we wanted for our guest room/office but couldn't find it anywhere until we went to Wallbeds N More. Our salesperson helped us build the perfect unit, from the queen bed to the desk and table, the storage, the lighting, and even a USB power unit, to the exact color of wood. It was ready within the time frame they promised, and installed in just a few hours by skilled installers who then spent plenty of time helping us learn to use the new unit. It is exactly what we wanted and we are so pleased. Thank you to everyone at Wallbeds N More who helped us through the process.”
“Every time I have visited RH in the Roseville Galleria, I have had a very positive experience but today in particular was just such a phenomenal visit due to the outstanding service and hospitality that I received from Jason, Michael and Amanda. “I can't speak more highly of the experience we had with CA Backyard. I had a very specific Woodard patio set we were looking for, I called the Roseville store and they pointed me to the Gold River store which had an actual sample of the piece I wanted. The staff there was fantastic and gave me a variety of quotes for set ups. My husband and I stopped into the Roseville store to finalize our purchase where he saw the loveseat version (same style but not the chairs we ordered) and was able to see the finish samples. They were able to pull up our quotes and worked with the staff member in Gold River who spent quite a bit of time with me. They gave us clear info on lead time and called us partway through to update us. When we picked up our 7 piece set it turned out 2 had a manufacturing defect and they worked with the manufacturer to replace the pieces in full. Also keeping us up to date on that timeline. Everyone was great to work with, and friendly. Even arranged to have a fabric sample sent to us from the manufacturer since we didn't find an umbrella color in their lineup that worked for us. Warehouse staff were also very friendly and helpful with loading! I don't anticipate needing to replace our patio set because it's amazing quality but when we're ready for new lounge furniture, outdoor kitchen stuff or a spa we will definitely be back!”
