“Chris and Diana at the Lincoln AT&T store belong in the customer service Hall of Fame. My wife and I have never had anyone give such undivided attention to our issues with our new phone, solve our problems without any concern about the amount of time it required or make us feel as though we somehow should have been able to make the required fixes on our own. The entire vibe of the store was one of an old fashion "local" hangout as customers would come in with a variety of concerns all of which Chris or Diana would patiently address and resolve. They are a true treasure in the neighborhood and we will be their customers for life!”

“First off my first wife and I live in the Elk Grove area but decided to visit the Roseville A&T store to get new Iphone 15 Pro Max phones and switch from Xfinity Mobile to At&t. Right when we walked into the door we were greeted and helped right away by Leo. Leo was a big help and walked us through everything and even explained hidden charges we might see on the bill. He even gave us his personal number if we had any problems. My wife and I highly recommend the Roseville store off of Galleria blvd. Ask for Leo.”

“Took an iPhone 12 with a cracked back to him. He said it would be 30 minutes. This was on a weekday at around 1pm. Not a busy time. Told him I would only pay after he fixed it. ( didn't want to be stuck waiting in case I came back and he hadn't done anything with it) came back after 30 minutes and he had fixed it. Even had him change that protective glass in the front since it was all cracked. He was polite and did a very good job.”
