Nearly unbelievable! The comments here about how great of customer service the Verizon people got from their stores, especially the one on Sunset in Rocklin California. I so very much looking forward to seeing if that is true from Rosevillle to Rocklin to Rancho Cordova or Sacramento I look forward to it

Alex at the Rocklin store on Sunset is professional, knowledgeable and very patient. He spent two hours with Verizon Help trying to fix the activation of my phone. He never gave up on getting my phone active and was always multi tasking to help other customers so they would not have to wait so long.
