She’s going ne so far above and beyond I wish I could get a hold of a corporate Home Depot big wig. I’d tell them this woman is a customer service expert that CARES, has empathy and truly deserves a GIFT card for her service to say thank you for being such an amazing problem solver. (Short story, after going through the extended warranty company from hell ALLSTATE, Jeff the big supervisor, Babette and Lisa have made our lives livable to where we will return there only Because of them. I hope home depot reads all the BBB terrible reviews and changes their warranty carrier. The last 2 years of reviews are what we went through but I called HD to beg for help and got an angel named Lisa. Her extra help and determination has earned my largest respect. Please corporate feel free to contact me.

“Green acres is always a great time. I love their huge selection of plants and their staff is usually quite knowledgeable about how to care for the plants. Their pricing for pots can be quite expensive but their pricing for plants I think is fair. They even have ads that portray cool group planting ideas for plants so that you can mimic professional landscape decor.”
“I had a plant that I purchased and it said Giant bird of paradise one year ago. A friend told me that it was not so I took it back and they exchanged it for a new healthier giant bird of paradise. The customer service was outstanding. I really appreciate Paul Newman's help dealing with this plant I can't thank you enough. ?”

“I had such a good experience with valley rock, that I had to write a review. The place that I normally go to didn’t have the material that I need, valley rock had the 1 1/2 inch drain rock, and it was a good price to. I had to do multiple loads, they were very quick. When it comes to buying landscape material, I’m used to dealing with people that just don’t seem to care, or even sometimes rude. The gals at Valley rock were super nice and responsive, thanks so much for an awesome experience.”

“Picked up here, loading good, people friendly, checkin good. You park your truck on street, walk up to Shipping Dept they meet you at door or call phone number provided and someone will come over to Shipping office. They'll give you instructions to loading docks(two concrete docks/ramp, areas in yard to docks are a bit tight due to all the mounds of chip products, after loaded they have a axle scale you can use. The Loader will give you your final bills, At the end of street there's a big turn around circle made for truck/trailer...There is some ovnp on street side.”
