She has gone to other groomers and looked traumatized when we picked her up, not that any other groomer did anything wrong, she just didn't like them. But when I picked her up from Abbi's she looked happy and relaxed. The groomer did a great job on her and gave her lots of breaks during the grooming to let her legs rest before continuing with the groom. That's the kind of treatment she needs because of her age, and Abbi's provided that. Great job Abbi's your grooming services are definitely recommended. Thanks for taking care of our special girl.

Everyone here was so nice to me and more importantly so caring and sweet to my cat. You can tell they really enjoy what they do and they recognize that coming to the vet can be a scary thing. They made her feel so comfortable and knew exactly what she needed. Rue and I thank you all so much! I will always recommend sterling pointe now.

The receptionist was sweet, and the vet tech, Brian, was absolutely the standout of my entire visit. He was patient, listened to everything, and truly went above and beyond on the financial side. Brian understood my budget constraints from his own life experiences, never judged me, and carefully broke down the costs and options so I could get Ceri exactly what she needed without pressure. He even communicated everything perfectly to Dr. Nunez so I didn't have to repeat myself.Dr. Nunez was also wonderful—clear, honest, and patient with all my frantic questions. By the end of the visit, all the extreme anxiousness I walked in with completely dissipated. It was such a relief to realize I could actually do something to help this cat that fit within what I could afford. Brian and Dr. Nunez are incredible individuals who truly care about animals and real people. They are officially my go-to vet now. Highly recommend!

She has taken care of our cat several times when we were gone for up to 2 weeks. We’ve returned to a healthy and happy kitty. Sharon also takes care of our plants. Our patients adore her and are amazing how chill she is! She's been a wonderful addition to our family and our practice.
