“Great experience, they got me in for an oil change and brake inspection. The inspection was free and then got my brake rotors and pads as well as my suspension system replaced within the same day. Dropped my car off at 8 am and it was ready for pickup basically by noon. Super clear on costs, timeframe, and provided photographs of the issues they fixed. Highly recommend and will be back for any other maintenance.”

“These guys were straight up with me. Didn't try to talk me into the most expensive fix, gave me options and I chose what worked for me. After having to have my vehicle towed there, it's running again and I'm able to drive it every day still. They only charged me for diagnostics. The mechanic I took it to previously charged me to fix everything but the actual problem.
They run an honest business and I'll be taking my vehicles to them from now on.”

“I called a day in advance to make sure they had time to knock out four tires being swapped out on my vehicle. I came the next day and brought in my own tires purchased online and the Owner/worker had zero issue with this and didn't try to push other products on me at any time. Just straight to business. There was a slight scratch on my rim from a nail in my old tire, and he made it a point to show this to me before he installed my new tires. To make me aware, yes, and also show that he didn't do it. I mean it was such a small scratch but that let me know that he is detail oriented. Thank you S&S. I will be returning with my tire needs.”

“I've been a Les Schwab customer for years, but this experience gave me an entirely new appreciation for the company and the people who work there.
I recently had an issue with a self-sealing tire on my 2025 Honda Prologue. After receiving multiple conflicting explanations from another local business in Yuba City as to why the tire supposedly couldn't be repaired and would need to be replaced at a cost of nearly $500, I decided to get a second opinion. What concerned me most wasn't the potential cost of the repair, but the fact that the business providing those explanations sells and services the very same vehicles and products they appeared to know very little about. By the end of that experience, I not only lacked confidence in the recommendation, but I genuinely questioned whether they understood the product they were servicing.
The team at Les Schwab took a completely different approach. They were upfront and honest from the very beginning. They admitted they didn't have a lot of experience with this particular type of tire, but instead of pretending they knew everything, they took the time to research the product and determine whether a safe repair was possible. That honesty alone earned my respect.
More importantly, I trust that if Les Schwab had determined the tire couldn't be repaired safely, they would have told me so. Their reputation has been built on putting customer safety first, and at no point did I feel like they were trying to sell me something I didn't need. After evaluating the tire, they were able to safely repair it, and to my surprise, they didn't even charge me.
What impressed me the most wasn't that they saved me money. It was their integrity. They admitted what they didn't know, educated themselves, and made a recommendation based on what was best for the customer rather than what generated the biggest sale.
This experience completely changed my perception of Les Schwab. If I walk into that store tomorrow and they tell me I need four new tires, I'll trust that recommendation because they've earned that trust. They demonstrated that they'll admit when they don't know something, take the time to find the right answer, and recommend what they genuinely believe is the safest and best option for the customer—not simply the most expensive one.
Everyone I dealt with was friendly, professional, and genuinely interested in helping. They took what could have been a very stressful and costly situation and turned it into one of the best customer service experiences I've had in a long time.
