“Great experience, they got me in for an oil change and brake inspection. The inspection was free and then got my brake rotors and pads as well as my suspension system replaced within the same day. Dropped my car off at 8 am and it was ready for pickup basically by noon. Super clear on costs, timeframe, and provided photographs of the issues they fixed. Highly recommend and will be back for any other maintenance.”

Luckily extended warranty was purchased but still was very concerned that they wouldn't approve the repairs. “These guys were straight up with me. Didn't try to talk me into the most expensive fix, gave me options and I chose what worked for me. After having to have my vehicle towed there, it's running again and I'm able to drive it every day still. They only charged me for diagnostics. The mechanic I took it to previously charged me to fix everything but the actual problem.
They run an honest business and I'll be taking my vehicles to them from now on.”

“I called a day in advance to make sure they had time to knock out four tires being swapped out on my vehicle. I came the next day and brought in my own tires purchased online and the Owner/worker had zero issue with this and didn't try to push other products on me at any time. Just straight to business. There was a slight scratch on my rim from a nail in my old tire, and he made it a point to show this to me before he installed my new tires. To make me aware, yes, and also show that he didn't do it. I mean it was such a small scratch but that let me know that he is detail oriented. Thank you S&S. I will be returning with my tire needs.”

“I cannot thank the guys at Wheeler Auto enough-- I was coming through town in my Chevy Bolt, badly needing to charge. For some reason, was unable to charge the car at any public charge station in Yuba City or Marysville. With only a 10-mile range left in the car, I made it to Wheeler. They immediately checked the car and were able to start a charge. Then, they put me on a fast charge to get me enough miles to get back on the road. While I waited they gave me an ice cold water and comfy chair. I truly appreciate their fast and professional response to traveling nightmare! Thanks Wheeler!”
“I brought a 2017 Chevy Tahoe in for some diagnostics & repairs. I first spoke with Bob Glass briefly then I stepped into the office with Javier Lopez Juarez. Javier was so kind and listened carefully to what I was describing and made careful notes then immediately got things moving. The digital delivery method used to communicate with vehicle owners on the servicing is amazing. The diagnostics and necessary repairs with estimated costs arrived swiftly for my review and approval on the work to be done. I encountered 3 employees throughout the process, Bob, Javier and a really new cashier who had only been on the job for 2 weeks. I hope Mike Wheeler sees this review because I feel these 3 individuals deserve applause and recognition for the extra mile service they delivered during the whole experience.
