“Last Month I walked into the TMobile Authorized Detailer to see how they work. I was greeted by all. Miguel came off of his brake to help me with the transition. Miguel showed me how AT&T was mishandling my account. He also spent more time with me than I’ve seen other businesses have done. Miguel and I were on the phone with said company for over an hour and a half. He worked hard for me to gather me up a great deal. I feel that he should be commended for his service and dedication.”
“Ali helped fix my ipad that was water damaged which was only $90. I kept coming back to him to check to see if my ipad was done and eventually he was able to get the parts for me. I definitely recommend him to anyone who wants to get their electronics fixed, very convenient. ?”

“The representatives for this store are amazing. I called and double check if they could help me it was 45 minutes before they closed. Mr. Jose told me to go to the store and he could try to help me. I really didn't want to drive to Van Nuys like the other store at 47th representative told me. When I got there Ms. Ruth was very nice and professional. Tried to help me but like I had already tried too many times in the other store it block me. Mr. Jose knows the phones and system. He told me to come back in a few days and it would be unblock. He didn't act annoy like in the other store or that he knows the basic. I was so great full to at least in this store they have great customer service. Ms. Ruth offer me other ways I could get a phone also. She checked that I am good for an upgrade . In the other store the lady didn't even want to check. Thank you Mr. Jose and Ms. Ruth for your help and kindness and making me laugh.”

“This Walmart is being renovated. It's open for business and I have to say it looks really nice .Merchandise look very neat one thing thou sometimes you can't find items because they are sold out . But keep in mind that we have small towns like Little Rock and people from there come to shop at this Walmart so totally understandable. But I also see the stockers working hard at keeping those products in stock . I see them working and they are doing a great job. Another thing is that some items are locked in cabinets and it's really hard to get someone to who has the keys to come and help you, you push the red button and wait and wait and sometimes they come and sometimes I have to go walking around trying to find a worker to help. There should be always someone standing like they used to have on the pharmacy section there was always someone there before, now I don't know what happened . So that is one negative issue that has to addressed because like me disabled people we need something and can't get it because it's locked . I understand some items need to locked but I would ask Walmart to always have someone by the pharmacy ready to help a customer.”
