“Hello, how is everybody doing today?I just wanted to I stopped by the spectrum store today.I was stressed out.Cause my phone would have looked at it.They just send you phones and everything knowing.Most people don't know how to do it.But I guess the sales person don't care about them.And when I went to this store this locasian.That was a young lady there..TATIANA She was very, very respectful, polite and sweet. Set my phone up and my daughter's phone up didn't take long, she explained everything to me and even went through my bill and explained it to me, which I couldn't get done on the phone. Because, for some reason or another, they give you a bunch of runarounds. But she took her time.
She's wearing social why she was able to work. So that means she can multi-task which is really great. I feel she does the job and the business of great hand they should be grateful to have her.”

“My uncle and I went into T mobile in the A.V. Mall. And honestly I was not prepared for the outstanding customer service we received. From the time we walked in we were immediately greeted by the associates. We weren’t left to wonder where to go or what to do. Our associate Jose was truly amazing. He took care of us from start to finish. I thought I would have to spend an hour or two helping my Uncle setup his new phone on my own time.
