“I came in for a 9am apt for a tire repair at the Yuba City location on 1/21/26. Josh and the team went above and beyond to help me. Their main priority was that I was in a safe, road worthy vehicle. “These guys were straight up with me. Didn't try to talk me into the most expensive fix, gave me options and I chose what worked for me. After having to have my vehicle towed there, it's running again and I'm able to drive it every day still. They only charged me for diagnostics. The mechanic I took it to previously charged me to fix everything but the actual problem.
They run an honest business and I'll be taking my vehicles to them from now on.”

I felt rushed out at closing time even though I was a customer looking to spend money with their store. “I called a day in advance to make sure they had time to knock out four tires being swapped out on my vehicle. I came the next day and brought in my own tires purchased online and the Owner/worker had zero issue with this and didn't try to push other products on me at any time. Just straight to business. There was a slight scratch on my rim from a nail in my old tire, and he made it a point to show this to me before he installed my new tires. To make me aware, yes, and also show that he didn't do it. I mean it was such a small scratch but that let me know that he is detail oriented. Thank you S&S. I will be returning with my tire needs.”

Javier was so kind and listened carefully to what I was describing and made careful notes then immediately got things moving. The digital delivery method used to communicate with vehicle owners on the servicing is amazing. The diagnostics and necessary repairs with estimated costs arrived swiftly for my review and approval on the work to be done. I encountered 3 employees throughout the process, Bob, Javier and a really new cashier who had only been on the job for 2 weeks. I hope Mike Wheeler sees this review because I feel these 3 individuals deserve applause and recognition for the extra mile service they delivered during the whole experience. I want everyone to know what a raving fan looks like and sounds like, because I am definitely one of Wheeler Chevrolet!”
