Im in Livermore for the weekend and found myself inside Baughman's. The little lady that help me said, she's worked there for 14years and was very helpful and polite. Had one of my hats reshaped / steamed they did an adequate job, and cleaned the hat at very reasonable price. Hand forming is never as crisp as original factory mold forming.
