Your money will not be protected here! In fact, they will steal from you. No receipts at atms for years at this location. Now the claims dept refuses to honor a fraud claim. They have increased the amount of money they claim the fraud was for, and they have given me a fake address that is to a restaurant not a bank for where the supposed fraud occurred. It was supposedly an ATM withdrawal and I never made it. They refused to help me and the amount they keep taking out of my account goes higher and higher every time. Someone is doing something shady. Their customer service unfortunately is not in the United States so they claim that fraud doesn't really occur. They are so far out of touch with reality. I am leaving this slimy bank. Now I have to do a police report and they literally told me to just go talk to a lawyer there's nothing they can do for me. Meanwhile, they never did the research on the fraud. They are simply trying to recoup the millions of dollars that they lost through their own incompetence over the last year.

I am very disappointed in Chase Bank. I wrote a check to my other bank for a CD deposit. The money was deducted from my Chase account the next day, and I checked on my other bank and the money was in as well, so I thought everything was fine. However, after 5 days while I was on vacation I got a phone call from my other bank saying that the check was returned. I was so shocked and asked what had happened, and they asked me to call Chase Bank to find out why. I called my local Chase Bank 3 times and no one picked up my call and the auto answer machine asked me to call back later. I was so concerned that I called the 800 number and the representative told me they were being careful and that they thought it was a fraudulent check. However, no one texted, called or emailed me before they held my check. The check amount was deducted from my Chase Bank account the next day after I deposited it to my other bank, Why did they take the money back from my other bank without any notification? They don't even know why it happened themselves!! They just apologized for what had happened. And, because of that, I got a $10 returned check fee from my other bank. It's not my fault and they should pay that $10 fee, but they said they can't. I just don't feel that is the way to treat customers, it's not about that $10, it's about the attitude and service. It's a very disappointing experience.

I have never had a problem with service at this bank. I often go in to get foreign currency and they are super fast to fill my orders. I always ask a month in advance- just because I'm OCD- but they always fill my order in a few days. The building is in a convenient location for people on this side of town and there is plenty of parking. I like that they have ATMs available both outside and inside the main doors.

Chase provide service? What a joke. It is just a big NY bank that makes policy from their corporate HQ. Why did I bank there. They are the 3rd owner of my local regional bank. I went in to cash and deposit US Savings Bonds. Never has been an issue in the past but now it is a problem. They say there have been fraud issues. That is a lame excuse. My account has been there years, I have valid ID, the bonds have a serial number, they can hold the deposit until the bonds clear, ..... They just simply do not want to cash US Savings bonds. I am only interested in doing business with a full service bank. Since they are not a full service bank I will be moving my account.

I am long time customer to this Chase Bank branch! I have to say that this branch's service is excellent. The branch manager is so nice and extremely friendly! However, I hope someone in this branch can contact Chase's headquarter or technical support team to help me to resolve this online login issue because Chase's technical support team always hang up my phone: When I log into my account online, ( Because, for safety reason, I don't want online software to recognize my device ) I choose a phone call to give me one time verification code. I never get the phone call so that I tried again and again for 6 times and still not get the verification code phone call. After one hour and half when I am driving, Chase online called me 6 times to give me 6 verification codes. Is that crazy! I called Chase and the service person help me to connect to technical support twice and the technical support people hang up the phone call both times. I don't have that much time to keep trying for a never-be-able to reached technical support team. Also, no one, I believe, is willing to wait 1.5 hours for login verification code.

Michelle is great! I was a bit hesitant to come here because of the reviews, but Michelle was really helpful and she seems to do her best to try to accommodate all of the clients. She helped me open a few accounts and gave me a thorough explanation of the features of each and answered any questions and was easy to talk to. She also knows a lot about Chase as a company and how they stack up against other competitors, which is helpful to know as a new client. Would recommend!

I had a misfortune of dealing with Zohra Akbari from Chase from this branch. I was a first time home buyer and getting loan for my new home. It was the worst possible experience. 1- Very poor communication (in terms of response frequency and promptness). Important communications are not prioritized and informed as if client's money doesn't matter. 2- Not adhering to loan conditions originally discussed. In my case, we agreed for 15% down payment in a written email, but just a few days before closing she asked for 20% while sitting on my file for 30 days (again refer to point 1) Finally I have to make a lot of effort to arrange an extra 5% within a few days and my loan was approved, but overall experience was very negative, I wouldn't recommend it.

this bank does not want to deal with people. they are trying to force their atms on us. this new fancy looking bank got rid of most teller windows. so if you actually want to see one of the only two tellers left you will have to stand and wait most of the time while someone harasses you to use their atms. like we don't know there is a amt outside of most. we really like to talk and deal with a live person most of the time. after i waiting a long time today, they only had one teller at the two total windows in the huge place. there was at least five other employees doing other stuff right there and i felt abandoned the three times i tried to use this branch. we are soo close to shopping for a new bank that wants us!! it is pretty but not catering to us regular every day folks !!

I have to use this bank since their closest branch to me is closed at the moment. Normally it's an okay experience, I go in, pay my rent and leave. Today they let two people in who were not wearing their masks properly. Two people had their noses fully out which goes against CDC guidelines and the governor'a order that mandates that masks must be made worn at all times in public spaces. It doesn't count if your nose is out. And one lady who was a regular that the staff seemed to know by how they greeted her by name while waiting outside was one of them. Once inside, she was behind me in line and had a nasty phlegmy cough. Chase needs to do better about enforcing the mask situation. The visits inside are usually 10minutes maximum and it isn't too much to ask that a customer wears it while we are dealing with a pandemic. I would hate to get it from this lady they let in and give it to my at risk family members while trying to run a simple errand. They need to do better here.

I had the misfortunes of dealing with Zohra Akbari in refinancing a loan. The initial consultation was already a bad start, she had given me the wrong branch to meet and when I tried to contact her via phone and text, she never bothered to answer. So i decided to go to the other branch in livermore, as I walked in on her, she was texting away on her phone....not a good start. However, due to her confidence in reviewing my application, i proceeded to move forward with her because chase had offered me the best rates and program and I was considering becoming a private client. Make a long story short, she strung me along for about a month and a half and never bothered to let me know, despite a paying for an appraisal and loan application fee (which she said I would get credited back once my loan went through), that my application was rejected. I had to call and find out myself since she avoided returning calls, texts or emails. The funny thing once, I had specifically asked her not to run my credit unless she was confident with my financials (earnings, assets, etc). After running my credit, she was confident this loan would go through. After sending her all paperwork...the reason i got rejected for my loan was my credit score...yet i waited 1.5 months, paid for an appraisal and turned in countless documents (P&L, other bank statements, transferred x amount of dollars to the account.
