I’ve been to this store 3 times. The first time I bought a watch, and was helped by a nicer older gentleman. He even went out of his way to help me find an instruction manual on this watch. I later returned and was greeted very rudely by a younger man with shorter hair and glasses, and a gigantic ugly watch. He treated me so poorly I had to ask another salesperson for help because I was so uncomfortable. I am now back a year later and to my surprise he is still employed here. Everything was fine and then he switched his tone to the most rude and condescending tone i’ve ever experienced. I put the watch I was looking at down and left. I’ve never felt so out of place and unwanted in my life. I went home and ordered the watch myself online. Will be filing a report tomorrow. Edit: This is not an actual citizen store as far as i’m aware, so that man may be the owners son, I sense a lot of nepotism. Anyways, don’t shop here you’ll find better prices and better warranties online.

Worst customer service I ever received! The guy in there looked mad when we walked in and made me feel like I wasn’t supposed to be in there! Never going in there again!

Store closes the door before the published time. They close at 7:00 PM based on the time written on the door but they closed at 6:50. On knocking the door the guys inside pointed to the timings on n the door. They were rude and did not even come to the door.

Save yourself a trip and bring your business elsewhere. You're paying so much money on these watches to be treated poorly. Very rude, unprofessional and lazy staff. Making so many excuses not to service your Citizen watch.

I ordered me a Promaster Skyhawk from the worldwide web dot citizen dot com and the customer care gent, Harshit, told me that any Citizen Store can size for me. When I went in the man told me they do not service third party purchases and I needed to leave. They also said that they are not affiliated with Citizen or change batteries. Is this a real store or an outlet franchise. I am confused. I said if they do not size, then return and they refused service and asked me to leave. I think this is wrong is it ?

The man was looking at me outside the window and I could tell by the look in his eyes that he was somebody who was willing to negotiate price. I was happy to find that he was willing to accommodate. He showed me some of their newest styles and his gentle touch as he put the watches upon my arm, it gave me goosebumps. I think he noticed because he looked up at me and I felt like he could see inside my soul. He was staring into my soul. I'm not one for fate but today's shopping trip brought me a new watch and plenty of joy.

Anybody who is interested in buying a watch, do not go here. The last time i was here, the experience was bad and now, apparently they are short staffed which makes them close at 730pm now instead of 8pm. Everyone just needs to take their business elsewhere. Why support a business who doesn’t respect their own operating hours, find decent employees and pay them fairly. There are other watch places that give out better service than whatever citizens providing. Do not support a business where it can’t even support itself.

Horrible experience. There is no return policy. Purchases can ONLY be exchanged. Wow... are you living in 2023? How pathetic policy does this company carry?

Horrible experience. The staff is unequipped to set up the watches they’re selling. The watch we got stopped working after a few days and they refused to help us.

Spent and hour in there with a very helpful lady picking out a watch for a wedding, my wallet was itching to come back. Come today to have a guy waiting at the window patientetly just to have him start just going off with attitude as soon as I come in the door. I start asking questions and I'm talked down to like a child, after asking him to slow it down. Sorry I will just go spend my $500 somewhere else. I walked in the 2nd time expecting to give a 5 star review with the first ladys help.

Nice selection of watches with a variety of brands for both men and women. Prices seem to be higher than online even after discounts for the watches I looked at. Returns are not allowed after purchase but you can exchange (another watch of equal or greater value) within 30 days of purchase. Store is at the "San Francisco" Premium Outlets located in Livermore, CA...it's 38 miles from SF to Livermore...brands include Citizen Eco-Drive, Bulova, Caravelle, Wittnauer, Alpina, Frederique Constant

Not a pleasant experience interacting with an employee here. Disinterested in his job, kept talking over us.We did end up buying a couple of watches here. We went to the few other stores next door and now regret buying from this store. To be fair, there was another older salesman here helping out other customers who seemed much better than the one we got.
