“I don't know why there's such low reviews. I use the Livermore location and the employees are always so nice and helpful. Wait time isn't bad more often than not. And the bank is great at keeping an eye on my account for suspicious activity and correcting it. I miss how they used to make new debit cards on site, though. It's a pain waiting for them to arrive in the mail. That's my only negative comment.”
“Quiet, professional place with prompt service from well-informed staff. Interesting architecture and layout, especially the driveway and parking lot. It's almost as if they don't want people to easily get from the door to their car or be able to drive a vehicle right to the front door and park there or something.
