“I don't know why there's such low reviews. I use the Livermore location and the employees are always so nice and helpful. Wait time isn't bad more often than not. And the bank is great at keeping an eye on my account for suspicious activity and correcting it. I miss how they used to make new debit cards on site, though. It's a pain waiting for them to arrive in the mail. That's my only negative comment.”
