The movements in each class are appropriately adjusted for every individual based on their goals and current fitness abilities. The gym believes in a realistic approach to exercise and nutrition, with goals of pain-free movement and realistic nutrition. The coaches are consistently described as awesome, the best, super helpful, motivating, knowledgeable, professional, encouraging, and incredibly supportive. They know their stuff, give lots of support in technique and scaling, challenge members to take healthy risks, and push them in a safe way. The workouts are thoughtfully planned, challenging, and kick your butt, but are scalable for all fitness levels.
