The coaches are incredible and have helped me so much on my journey, especially with building strength and confidence in lifting.

I can already see how much stronger I’ve become, and I appreciate that there’s no pressure to lift heavier than I’m ready for. The focus on good form and encouragement at your own pace makes it a great environment for anyone, whether you’re just starting out or looking to push yourself further.

“Discovered AW after reading reviews and signed up for a trial but after chatting 5 mins with Nick Duarte(Owner/lead trainer) signed up on the spot even before starting the class. You will understand when u meet Nick.
Every workout is different, challenging and designed to build function, prevent injury and improve fitness.
Nick keeps everything light-hearted, non-judgmental and positive. He spends extra time with newbies showing them the ropes but doesn't forget the regulars either, always encouraging, pushing.
He is a comic, and I find myself chuckling through the pain. When the regulars join in the banter, some days are a riot.
Nick has built a welcoming, positive, amazing community for people of all shapes, sizes and fitness goals”

“I made an appointment today for a tour, and met with the manager. She was extremely nice, patient, and went above and beyond to answer all of my questions. She did not rush me, or make me feel pressured into signing up! I asked about the cell phone policy, and I must say that I 100% agree! You CAN use your cell phones, the only restriction is having loud conversations that disrupt others. I am coming back tomorrow to sign up!”

“I was introduced to Dave by a friend earlier this year a few months into the pandemic. I lost all motivation to be active and was not feeling comfortable in my own skin. I decided small group training was what I needed to get myself back on track. Dave is professional and works with each individual person based on your own goals. From in person workouts to virtual workouts he doesn’t fall short. I always tell him the virtual workouts are a$$ kickers. I highly recommend Dave and GSFP for your training needs.”
