“I have also been a member of Anytime Fitness for over 10 years! In the recent years the usage of cell phones has increased and has become a huge problem. Entitled people feel that their conversations need to be heard by the entire gym. I have seen this create longer wait times on equipment and an overall lack of concern for other people around them. No one wants to hear your entire conversation for over an hour workout! It is refreshing to have entitled members cancel. Thank You! One less member using what should be workout time for social hour. I am glad that the staff is finally bringing awareness to this problem. Anyone angered by respectfully being asked to keep their conversations outside, should leave. Thank you for doing our ears the favor!”

The coaches are incredible and have helped me so much on my journey, especially with building strength and confidence in lifting.

“Anywhere Warrior is a fantastic, fun, and supportive place to work out! I've always been intimidated by group fitness, but I am so glad I tried AW with Nick. Not only is he incredibly fun and encouraging (yet challenging!) no matter where you are at in your fitness journey, but he has also created a community of other kind and supportive people. Everyone at the gym is happy to help and cheer you on. In addition to the fully coached classes, the Open Gym hours are an awesome way to get in the same great workout without being in a structured group setting. I've learned so much already in my few weeks at AW and highly recommend it to anyone looking to have a ton of fun while getting in shape!”

“I was introduced to Dave by a friend earlier this year a few months into the pandemic. I lost all motivation to be active and was not feeling comfortable in my own skin. I decided small group training was what I needed to get myself back on track. Dave is professional and works with each individual person based on your own goals. From in person workouts to virtual workouts he doesn’t fall short. I always tell him the virtual workouts are a$$ kickers. I highly recommend Dave and GSFP for your training needs.”

“I attend the Silver Sneakers classes on Monday’s and Wednesday’s at noon. This class has helped me greatly. I’ve gained muscle strength which improved my stability. Ronza the instructor pays close attention all in class to ensure we are all doing the exercises correctly. She provides multiple levels of each exercise so all who attend can work at their level. She makes working out fun and most of all she actually cares about the people who attend. Great class great instructor! We need more of her classes!!!”
