“Rooms are decently sized (completely spotless upon arrival) and the pull-out bed is actually pretty comfortable. The walls are pretty soundproof and the front desk/room service is genuinely so sweet! If ur looking to go to the on-site pool, while it is heated, it goes into the shade after about 5-6 pm so if you're looking to tan, I'd do it before 4 for a decent chair :)”

“I could tell I was in good hands when Denise greeted me upon my late arrival at Livermore RI. After checking in, I came back down to the lobby, starving, looking for restaurants, and she came to my rescue with some gluten-free options, and suggestions for things to do nearby! She went the extra mile to make me feel “at home” away from home, and, as someone who often checks into hotels late, her kindness and dedication to the customer experience truly makes all the difference!”

“The room is clean and spacious! The washroom looked like it just got renovated. I think it is one of the best rooms i’ve had at this price point near San Francisco during my travel.”

“Probably the best HI Express hotel property that my wife & I have ever visited.  Location is very convenient to I-580 access (without the freeway noise), as well as to the Dublin/Pleasanton BART Station and to Livermore attractions. The facility is well maintained, inside & out. The Front Desk & Housekeeping staff were all friendly and professional. Our room & the public spaces were clean and attractively decorated.

The daily breakfast buffet was HIE standard, but the service & products & table cleanup kept up with the morning guest traffic thanks to the friendly attendant Marlene. She was always quick to offer greetings & help with guest food handling & checking to see if everyone was satisfied with their meals. Over-and-above, Marlene graciously agreed to snap photos of our party-of-5 which included our friends who were visiting California from the UK. She was the icing on the Cinnamon Rolls for our 4-night stay @ Holiday Inn Express & Suites Livermore.”

“We met Debbie, the GM when we checked in, & Debbie was AMAZING & EXTREMELY ACCOMODATING & SUPER HELPFUL & FRIENDLY for our room needs. Plus, Erica (Front Desk PM, Monday 6/3/2024) & Lupe (Front Desk AM, 6/4/2024) were Both FANTASTIC!!! The Room was EXTREMELY CLEAN & Well Stocked. What a GREAT Room Design, and plenty of practical space. I Personally LOVED the Cleopatra Chair, due to my bad back, & pain, I sleep on the Chair sitting up, with my legs elevated and the Cleopatra Chair was FANTASTIC, plus having an extra blanket in the Room, was Smart & Helpful, I didn't have to go to the Front Desk to ask for an extra blanket, like I Usually have to at other Hotels. The Walk In Shower was GREAT!!
Our Entire Stay was PERFECT, we will DEFINITELY be staying again when in the area for my Stanford Medical appointments.

“I had reserved a larger room, but none were available at check in so we took the room offered. The location was good so we could walk to the Beer Festival at Las Positas. The room was clean, but the bed was too hard for my taste. Morning breakfast was fine. I especially enjoyed the omelette.”

I cannot express enough gratitude for the incredible team at Hilton. During our recent stay, my husband and I were in a state of panic after realizing that I had lost my wedding ring somewhere in the hotel. With a newborn baby in tow, this added stress was overwhelming. Thankfully, the staff went above and beyond to turn a stressful situation into a heartwarming experience.

Trina at the front desk was the first to respond to my frantic call. She immediately reassured me and took quick action to alert the team. I truly appreciate her kindness and attentiveness. Mercedes, the Executive Housekeeper, for finding the ring.
What truly stood out was the dedication and genuine care of Elizabeth, the Manager. She it a priority to ensure my ring was kept safe. Thanks to this amazing group of individuals, I was soon reunited with my ring, which they had found and securely stored.

This experience highlighted not only the professionalism of the staff but also their compassionate nature. They truly made us feel like family. Thank you, Trina, Mercedes, and Elizabeth, for your outstanding service and for making our stay unforgettable. We will definitely be returning to hotel and recommending it to all our family and friends!”

“Friendly staff. Decent room but it could be cleaner(dirty spots on walls). The location has easy access to 580. Laundry room on-site was good. Never had an issue with safety, but there are some sketchy looking people that hang around the general area. Some of them are probably homeless. We don't like the magnetic keys to the room because they easily become demagnetized. Also, the parking lot has a bunch of trees that drip sap all over cars. Even when we didn't park underneath a tree, the sap still found its way all over the windows/paint. All in all, it's a good place .”

I ran around the block several times every morning before the sun was up and never felt threatened or nervous about the area.”

“This cute little motel was the perfect place for us to spend the night in Livermore. It was inexpensive, clean quiet and hospitable. Plenty of hot water and comfortable beds. So glad we didn't stay at an Airbnb, every time we do we are doused with chemical fragrance smells from their detergents for their sheets and towels, scented candles Etc. They all give me a headache, I slept so well, just clean linens and towels, without the tox.”

“Excellent hotel. Top to bottom. Safe and clean and top notch amenities. Newer construction and my wife and I were able to relax. Pool, hot tub, and sauna were all clean and available.”
