“I’ve had the good fortune of staying at lot of luxury hotels and The Rose Hotel is near the top of my list. Beautiful rooms and furnishings throughout. Breakfast buffet is not expansive but has a good selection and food quality is top notch. It’s a fairly small hotel so not the constant hustle bustle of big brand hotels. The covered first floor parking right next to the back entrance made it quick and easy to come and go. The location is right in the middle of Pleasanton’s walkable downtown. There is a railroad a few block away that I heard blasting its horn in the middle of the night, but if I hadn’t already been awake I don’t think it would have woken me up. Housekeeping was fantastic and offers turn down service. I couldn’t recommend this place any higher.”

“In the last 9 years I have been to northern California three times and each time I have used Extended Stay hotels although It's the first time at this one. I would describe it as being in a 'business' area but close enough to restaurants, Bart etc.
I like that they have grassed areas with bags and bin for dogs to do their business.
The room was clean and comfortable and the staff friendly, cheerful and accommodating (pardon the pun). Nothing wrong with the grab and go breakfast, though not to my taste, that having been said I did like the coffee.
Were I to return would I stay here again?, absolutely.”

“First the specifics....a five day stay.....3rd floor, middle of the secondary building, right above the swimming pool, lovely view of said pool. Day one.....at 10:15pm, bunch of teenagers playing in the pool, pool was supposed to be closed at 10, therefore not good night's sleep. Day 2, Absolutely NO service to our room!! Not even to empty trash can or get a second roll of toilet paper!! Apparently a wedding happened and ALL of the guests were on our floor--loud and partying until well after midnight, when I stuck my head out the door to tell them to shut up!! Day 3, we mention our displeasure to the staff, not a whole lot of response.....but we DID get the room cleaned and refreshed finally! The location is fabulous...the bed comfortable, the room amenities great, but the one thing--the service of the staff-- that CAN be controlled is the one thing that HASN'T been. Residence Inn....do better!!!”

“Friendly staff, smooth check-in. Stayed in 2 bedroom/2 bathroom. Clean rooms and kitchen supplies. Stayed in third floor using stairs. Breakfast is okay, coffee reasonably strong, very good made to order omelets by friendly Kimberly. Wished they had more fruit offerings though. Swimming pool still closed, but the courtyard where people can gather is nice with seating areas. There is a basketball court and small gym, in-house laundry area. We had our breakfast by patio enjoying the sun. Would stay again.”

“Laleeka Murray at the Best Western in Pleasanton, CA made our stay genuinely better from start to finish. The moment we walked in to check in, she greeted us with a warm, sincere smile and a welcoming energy that instantly put us at ease. You can tell she truly enjoys helping people—her loving disposition and positive attitude felt natural, not forced, and it set the tone for our entire stay.

What impressed me even more was seeing that same brightness a few days later when we checked out early in the morning. Even at that hour, Laleeka was cheerful, attentive, and kind, making the whole process smooth and pleasant. She has a rare way of making guests feel seen and cared for. If you’re staying at this hotel, I hope you get the chance to interact with her—she’s a standout and a big reason we’d happily return.”

“Stayed for one night, great stay, comfortable bed and AWESOME gorgeous morning sunrise, a little far from where I wanted to be but otherwise great place.
The lobby restaurant, Lone Oak, had good dinner and breakfast, the recommended Asian rice bowl (a little too sweet for me) and chicken wings were delicious. The avocado toast with whole egg (instead of egg whites) had lots of guacamole and was superb.”

“Had a very good stay at this motel. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was welcoming, and the overall experience was hassle-free. The location is convenient with easy access to nearby restaurants, shopping, and major roads. “This is a older property but very well maintained. I enjoyed the one night I stayed. The room was clean, no stains on the carpets and the sofa even had fresh vacuum marks. There is plenty of parking and its right next to the freeway so the location is ideal. Check in was a breeze and the staff represented the Hilton brand to the T! I definitely will consider this property again when I dont feel like making that long commute to work.”

“Fairly new hotel. Modern, more high end amenities. Very clean. Attentive service. Lots of free parking. WiFi decent but capped at 10mb. Close to mall. Nice sized room. Lots of outlets above desk and center table between beds.”

“Got a king bed suite for a better rate than a motel 6! Room was huge! With fully stocked kitchen, EXCEPT there's no oven (only stovetop). It's really not the nicest place, BUT it's relatively clean, pretty quiet, and most importantly, there's NO BUGS! 🤩 Pet fee for non service animals though (if I remember correctly, it was either $75 or $100). No pool. But daily *ACTUAL* breakfast!”

“i stayed here on a friend's advice.
The hotel exudes a serene beauty that makes you feel safe and cared for. It's a classy and tranquil place to unwind. Every part of the hotel had its own fun feel. Exploring the space felt like discovering little stories. Really enjoyable experience! Super comfortable beds, an excellent shower, and gorgeous decor. The team that included CONNIE & SHANNON was kind and usually smiling. They seemed really interested in making the visit satisfying, they offered me cold water in a warm day & some snacks and freshly baked cookies right from their kitchen.

The room was immaculate, the bed was quite comfortable,i liked the atmosphere here. We felt relaxed and welcomed from the moment we arrived. It was a refreshing escape.

Beautiful surroundings and a peaceful vibe allowed me to fully relax. I slept better than I have in months. This place is like a peaceful spot in the middle of the city. Gentle music and friendly people made me feel right at home, I loved the modern features and the calm lighting, The peaceful rooms and cozy lounges make it a perfect getaway.
best part, this place offers a free spacious 24/7 gym access that helped me get some exercise & relaxing into the pool after.
Overall, it was a great stay”
