Jim and I’ve lived in Burlingame for 45+ years and we recently moved to Livermore to be closer to our daughter and family. Tom spent a lot of time explaining all of the different countertops they offered and there were many. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He informed us that us wife, Tara, was a designer and I was excited to meet her. Omgosh! Not only was she knowledgeable about the trends (past and current) but she gave me exceptional ideas on what to do! She was so friendly and patient, and immediately responded to all of my questions. She was easy to talk to, and I felt like I was a priority. She has excellent taste and we incorporated many of her ideas! I would recommend this business for having top quality merchandise and a one-in-a-million designer.”

“I had an excellent experience with Everlasting Surfaces. They fabricated and installed my Taj Mahal quartzite countertop for the barbecue area, and everything turned out amazing. They also recommended using Taj Mahal for the exterior, and that suggestion was spot on—it looks gorgeous and performs perfectly outdoors. The crew was very respectful the whole time and communication was top-notch. In the office, Gina and Cruz were outstanding and helped me with all my questions. I’m truly happy with both the result and the service.”

“Went there to get some home window screens. The price is fair compared to home depot and Lowes kits. It's was super easy. They take the measurements and within 3-4 days they arrive! The Stacie is and her daughter are friendly. They were busy, again a family owned business. We got to chat about a big double pain window in my living room that went rouge. Weird finger prints and smudges we could get off (the seal broke or cracked). Stacie said it's best to get it replaced. Greg (owner and super chill person) came out and verified it. Repairing costs more and isn't an easy fix or guaranteed. So I took her advise and ordered it. The team of 3 guys were awesome! Bob, Kyle and one more really cool young man were done in no time! I watched them and got help fixing a sliding window that was broken. These guys worked great with each other and you could tell they were a team. As a small business owner myself, I can only give them the highest recommendation. Paul”

“Dave from new luxury bath is an amazing person to work with and plan your bathroom. Initially we were lost on how to plan our bath vanities, lighting, tubs, fixtures. He gave fantastic suggestions of top notch products considering functionality in mind. Dave is genuinely a great person. He waited beyond closing hours to actually show us various products and even found pictures of installations of vanities we were looking for. He truly went above and beyond. I would highly recommend this business for the best in class service!”

“My name is BRIAN. I've been getting my stone and cabinets and shower walls from here for years bring them the measurements. They will design your kitchen for you on paper 3-D printed in a matter of 10 minutes. They make it so easy and the three ladies that work there in the front are the nicest people you would ever meet. I've been to the ones in Hayward in San Leandro takes forever to get loaded up. It's like the guys are mad because they have to load your truck here I back up hand of my paper five or 10 minutes loaded up and on my way to the job site.”

The staff is always helpful and knowledgeable, service is excellent, and their pricing is competitive.
