“Going back to the old brand because sometimes in life it's better to stay with what you know. Our 17 year old Miele went belly up one day and no amount of negotiations, carrots, promises, attempts to repair, etc. could convince this old horse to start going again.
Fast forward 2 months, had to consider a new 'horse' so we went to CBD Appliance on a whim, as we never bought anything from them before. Fortunately, I was able to talk to Sharon Dixon, the owner and she went the extra mile to answer all my questions and address my concerns. This was a big-ticket item for us so we had to know as much as possible before buying. Sharon was truly like a good friend watching out for us and answered every question we had and advised which model is the best choice regardless of the price. Finally we decided on a model and bought it. The machine washes like a dream with only a 42 dba whisper. Fantastic customer service, wonderful machine, Sharon is indeed the person to go to, she will treat you like a friend. Thank you Sharon!”

“I would like to appreciate Marisa for her tremendous support and guidance throughout my Outdoor BBQ Kitchen project. I have hired a local contractor to build my outdoor kitchen, which turned out to be a very expensive mistake, in terms of delays, quality and multiple rework. I bought only grill appliances from Bay Area BBQ Islands and not the installation service. So, Marisa wasn't obligated to support me with fixing the installation mistakes done by my local contractor. But she went above and beyond, spending so much time on emails/phones until we completed the project. If I were to build BBQ Kitchen again, I would trust and consider Marisa for the entire project.
