We were at the location on Constitution Drive, and they do a great job of making signs to point everyone in the right direction. It's foolproof. “After sitting and waiting and waiting and waiting and waiting at Quest Diagnostic just to get a blood test done, I've always been in search for a good blood draw station for my bi-annual blood panel test. I didn't feel like writing this review because I'd rather keep this place for myself, but as a responsible yelper I know this had to be shared. Now, in comparison to other blood draw stations/labs, I'd say this place is tops! John Muir would be a close second, as they're similar and I haven't experienced any problems with them. LabCorp isn't so bad either, just they're closer in comparison to the absolute worst, Quest Diagnostic. Quest is nothing but long lines and unprofessional under pressure employees. I've been to ValleyCare's Lab a few times to get my blood panel done, and I gotta say they're simply the most organized; At least from what I've experienced. I tend to arrive here once they open at 7am to avoid any long lines, and I suggest it as well. And most times, I've been greeted with a smile from Keri at the Registration Desk. She seems very helpful, courteous, and very professional in every way. As for the phlebotomist, Tracie, twice she's quickly spotted my veins with one try (once on the left arm, second on the right). Quickly drew some blood almost without me feeling a thing. She's really good! I've had past phlebotomist search and search, stab and stab for a vein only ending up by giving me two or three bruises. One final note, the morning I did my blood test, the doctor's office called me later in the afternoon stating that they had received my test results that same day. Fast! Well there you have it! My "Go-To" place for some bloodwork.”

“I had a great experience with my blood draw! Wednesday appt at 9:30 am, I checked in on my phone in the parking lot at 9:20 and walked in and sat down. There were 2 other people in the waiting room ahead of me. I was called back after about 7 min. The phlebotomist was very friendly and it didn't hurt at all when she drew my blood! 5 vials and some friendly chat later, I was walking out the door and was back in my car at 9:39 am! Based on my experience I would highly recommend this location.”
