I came here because I needed new price labels for my crochet apparel, and Michael's had a nice selection for me to choose from. This store was clean and quiet. The shelves were organized and clean. The staff was professional and checking out was a breeze.I liked how they were having a large clearance sale along with other sales

Went to return a picture frame in the same packaging as we purchased it in and the manager was very uncertain of what to do and very rude She's young and probably not very experienced in the retail business We will stick to using the Dublin store where the manager is very polite and customer service is so much better

Buyer beware!!If you purchase anything that's labeled "holiday" or seasonal (even if it's a string of lights that they literally sell for *every* season) it's not returnable even if the ITEM WAS DEFECTIVE OR BROKEN. The item was purchased well after the holiday, and it was not on clearance when purchased, yet was told that it cannot be returned when coming back 6 days later because it was seasonal even though the item was BROKEN. I understand seasonal being final sale after a certain date, but the item was useless when it was sold to me, which Michael's should have known about prior to! Horrible customer service and unprofessional.I'll stick to Joann or Hobby Lobby from now on.

Not much I have to say about this store. It's a Michaels. I always feel they're more expensive than Joann (especially since it seems Joann has more coupons), so I usually only shop here for something specific that I've already seen on the app that they have available. But I always check out holiday decorations here because they seem to be "less crafty" looking than what's at Joann. And a bit more modern. Maybe that's the best way to differentiate the two craft stores here in town ... Joann has more old school "craft items"like fabrics and yarns, while Michaels has more modern crafts for school projects and decor. That's my take on it at least. But I hate their app. It's always giving me errors.

I just want to say how nice and helpful Savannah was with helping frame some posters and other pictures. She really took her time and helped me choose some nice colors that look great with my photos.
