“I truly can’t say enough good things about BratPak. I’ve been searching for a trusted dog facility for a while and I’m so happy I found this place. I’ve never boarded my dog before but the BratPak staff was so patient and kind with me and answered all of my million questions. My lab absolutely LOVES coming here, and I appreciate the thorough interview process they have to ensure every pup is properly vetted for a safe environment. The staff truly understands dog behavior and genuinely cares about the well-being of each dog.
One of the standout features is their commitment to outdoor play. Unlike other boarding facilities I've seen, BratPak keeps the dogs outside all day, embracing the pack mentality, which has made such a positive difference for my dog. My 1 year old lab especially loves the outdoor pool and misters! I love that he can swim all day and live his best life when he’s away at BratPak. They also take protective measures if it gets too hot outside as well. I've boarded him multiple times for 4-5 days, and I've noticed a significant improvement in his socialization skills as well.
Their pricing is very reasonable, and I love having the option to watch my dog on their live cameras. They also text me photos and updates of my dog which is another great perk! I love seeing how happy he is in the yard with the other dogs. I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience at BratPak, the staff are all incredible and really sweet. I have full trust in them caring for my pup. To my fellow dog parents - this place is the real deal. I highly recommend them and will be a forever customer!”

“We have been with Vicki over 10 yrs. Our dogs have looked gorgeous when she grooms them. She is very caring and patient with them. I like when she give me tips on my dog care. Their prices are reasonable.”
“I have been taking my chi terrier to get washed and have his nails grinded by Megan. We followed her when she left PetSmart. Megan has been great and so patient with him because he hates when his paws or nails get grinded. He comes out smelling so clean and fresh. I usually text her when I need an appointment. I suggest booking appointments a few months out. The pet salon is small but quaint, hidden from the street but it's behind a barber shop and next to a laundromat. Prices are reasonable and I high recommend their services.”

“This is the best place to go for all my guinea pig supplies. They have a HUGE VARIETY and are less expensive! The staff there are top notch- Every employee is extremely helpful and friendly. Always an enjoyable shopping experience!”

The self-service dog bath area is a definite plus—it's a clean, pleasant spot to bathe my dog with ease. Highly recommend!”
