“I had a very good experience working with the Peco chat representatives named Joanafe D and gift card balance phone representative Mark. I lost my discount due to a product that was out of stock. Joanafe was kindly to reorder a replacement at the nearby San Ramon store for me. He was helpful despite we had some technical difficulties. Later I spoke with Mark to make sure money credited back to my gift card. Mark surely has done that. He also adjusted the re purchase price to make sure I get the sales discount. That is very good customer service. They both deserve a shoutout!”
