“Sean was absolutely wonderful. We recently purchased a 4 month old American Pitbull XL and we have a 1 year old Shih Tzu so I wanted get some training for the pitbull and Sean sat with us for about 45 minutes and very carefully worked with the dogs and gave us some very good advise and tips that really worked. His commitment to training and working with dogs is absolutely amazing! I highly recommended him to anyone who has a dog that could use some training he knows what he is doing. Thank you Sean”

“I had been seeing Heather for years with my first dog, and then continued after he passed with my current boy. We, like everyone else, were so sad to lose Heather. But Cosmo now sees Megan and it's still going great. Pampered Poodle is more affordable than the big name stores, 1/3 the wait time and it's a nice, small, homey place. It's not only a short wait time for me as the owner, but also for my pooch. It's a very personalized experience. My parents also bring their dog here, first to Heather and now with Megan also. She's a highly stressed girl so this environment with only a few dogs in the place at once and short wait times for pick up are a big win. The shop front is easy to access and there's plenty of rocks around the front for easy doggy potty time before/after grooming. As long as I'm in Livermore with a dog and pampered poodle is open, I'll be coming.”

“Thank you, HardPaw! Our dog relies on medication, and when the manufacturer faced a shortage, we felt hopeless as dozens of pharmacies could not help us and didn't have the medication in stock. HardPaw not only had the medication but also worked with our veterinarian to submit the prescription request twice when the vet's office failed to understand the urgency of the situation and provide immediate approval. Once approved, we received the medication within two days, and my pup didn't suffer due to the shortage and lack of support from the vet.”

The self-service dog bath area is a definite plus—it's a clean, pleasant spot to bathe my dog with ease. Highly recommend!”
