“It’s an outlet mall in Livermore but named San Francisco. Haha. Compare to Gilroy outlet this has more name brand stuff. There are more good around the area. It can also get really busy on Black Friday. You will not find parking on major holiday so I would avoid it then. Other times are fine. It’s basically a circle so if you want to walk around it’s good excercise”
