I have to say the customer service was amazing here. I did not have a lock for my unit and called during my move to inquire about a lock. Amber was quick with a solution. She did not hesitate and calmed my panic, she had it under control. The space was perfect and I am thrilled that I landed with VSS to store my stuff.

I really don't like having garage sales or moving. But, Johanna made moving, putting my items in storage and idea's for selling a breeze. She is great at her job and I hope to work with her in the future, if I need help again.

Valley Storage worked out really well for us as we were transitioning from a 3-bedroom home to a 1-bedroom. Johanna took great care of us, making move in/out easy. She was always welcoming and friendly! We will definitely use them again if the need arises.
