“Adding an epoxy coating to our garage floor, we needed to store garage contents for a couple of weeks. I originally looked at the company named Pods, but the reviews were fairly marginal. I looked further and found Units. I'd never heard of them, but they had much better reviews and the fellow I talked to on the phone (Tony) was friendly and helpful, so I chose them. I rented an 18' pod for a month, and it worked out great. The pod was delivered to my driveway two days after I ordered it, and it was picked up yesterday. Cost was very reasonable, and as the online reviews suggested, the service was great. I got a window of time for both pickup and delivery, and they texted me a much more precise time the day of the delivery (and pickup). I even got an active map showing me the location of the truck when it left their Livermore facility, so I knew exactly where it was and when it would be at my house. The pod was clean and it served the purpose very well. Both delivery and pickup drivers were very friendly, and they had fancy remote-control equipment to place the pod exactly where I wanted it. I was genuinely pleased with every aspect of my experience with Units, and I recommend them without the slightest hesitation.”

“The workers and managers here were all so sweet, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire time I had my storage unit. The process of both moving in AND moving out was so straightforward and accommodating! I was always given plenty of information, and every question I had was answered thoroughly. Often with extra helpful information I didn’t even think to ask about. I always felt completely safe and comfortable leaving my belongings here and coming in and out, which meant a lot to me. The hours are great too! If I ever need a storage unit again, I will ALWAYS come back here! I truly had such a great experience from beginning to end. Thank you all again so much!”

“Sherpa storage on Mines Road in Livermore has been great to work with. The storage units are very clean and I feel they are secure. I especially appreciate Maria for all her help with my storage experience. She is always professional and will follow up as needed. I’m a long term client and was concerned at first for the rent to keep increasing every 6 months but am okay now as I feel I was heard. I wish I could get my stuff out of storage but am confident with the storage facility keeping my stuff safe. Thank you Maria.”

“Great customer service. With dates changing often on a big remodel and wanting to make sure we stayed in our budget and had storage for EXACTLY as long as we needed and not paying any more for extra days, Go Mini was great and so flexible. We called and had a container dropped off on site in two days, and then was picked up the day after we called to say we were done. Good, competitive pricing, and awesome to be able to get on the phone and talk to a real person who is based locally. Recommend”
