“We were having great difficulty getting repairs made to our refrigerator that was accidentally damaged during a move. Once Matt was given responsibility for moving things along, he worked tirelessly and doggedly with the refrigerator manufacturer's appliance factory service department to secure a competent technician to make required repairs, and to ensure that a third (previously overlooked) required part was ordered and shipped to our home. Matt stayed in close contact with us every step of the way. Both he, and Emergency Packout Co. come highly recommended.”

“Made reservations online two separate times and both were top notch service.First was for a 26' truck/auto trailer and second 22' truck/auto trailer. Both vehicles were extremely well maintained and clean. Equipment was ready for me when i arrived.I highly recommend Penske over Uhaul after both times because Uhaul wanted me to go to the ghetto of Oakland both times after atleast a week of waiting. Penske was a day or two!Both trucks were diesel so for me it was easier to get in and out of service station/Love's travel centers on the way to Texas.My only complaint was the DEF tank was on the passenger side so one will have to purchase boxed fluid and self fill when needed.”

JJ and the staff are always visible and keep an eye out for any strange activity. Other tenants are courteous and wave when coming or going. I've been here for over a year and appreciate the great service.”

“The Manager, Jessica, took me around to show me the available units. It was like talking with an old friend. She was professional and patient, answering all my questions after she listened instead of jumping in with a canned answer. Truly some of the most amazing customer service ever. What she didn't know is I had visited two other stage places. Not only was PS the cleanest, most efficient, and seemingly secure, BUT the customer service was that of Nordstrom. FIVE stars aren't enough.”

“Moved my old stuff from my parents place here when I moved to Los Angeles way back in the day. Kept it there for many years until the rent increases went a bit far above what other facilities were offering. Regardless it was a safe place, easy access, Dolly was always great & helpful, don't think she's there anymore as when I moved out i dealt with the new manager over the phone who kindly took care of a few things I had left behind. Under normal policy they would charge you for the extra month or a cleaning fee which he did not as February is a short month. Never had any problems with any break-ins or issues accessing the property when I would return from LA. Have since moved my things into my new home in Sherman Oaks, CA. Though I have no problem recommending this facility.”
