I highly do not recommend this place. I originally deleted my review because the manager Enrique called me. He basically told me a flat lie. He said don't worry Michael I will take care of you. Enrique, the manager never even called me back. It's been over a week and a half. He said he would get back to me in a couple days. This place has the worst customer service ever. I highly recommend going elsewhere. I went to Modesto and they really helped me out. Same day! no lies. They made sure to take care of me. Livermore needs new management . They will tell you something and they will lie to you, Just like Parker told me he was going to take care of my free Disney+. He said he was gonna call me after the free month to make sure I could cancel, once the free month was over. Parker never even called me, and then I dealt with Jose on the business side, Once I signed the business contract. I could not get a hold of him. He canceled my appointment. So we can go over the Business plan we were stuck with the business account that we knew nothing about. We had to cancel it because we couldn't even get a hold of Jose. (Enrique did not follow through with what he said he was going to do) I will definitely be calling the main management to let them know what they did to me. It was very unprofessional for me being a paying customer and getting lied to. (I highly do not recommend this place. All of them have lied to me. they do not care about you. They just want their money to get their commission. It's very sad stay away from this place at all means)!

I was disappointed in the customer service provided by this store location today. I was checked by the manager and waited for 20 minutes. When a representative came to help me, she suggested I purchase my phone from apple after I said I wanted to purchase outright. Two things here- I wish the manager would of asked me more detailed questions while checking me in as I am assuming he could of prevented this and also I wish the customer service representative would of done a better job then making me feel dismissed as a customer.

Do not go to this verizon if you can help it. The staff will not help you at all. I went in to get a phone replacement and the staff was clueless. 4 staff members with not one customer in the store and i still could not get any help. They just kept stating we don't do that anymore call the help line. The thing is i didn't have a phone to call hence me getting a replacement. This is the worst verizon store i have been to.

When I switched my phone carrier from Verizon, whether by mistake or not, Verizon kept the SIM lock on my year-old phone. I had to go to the store in person to get this fixed because my number had already switched to the new carrier. The associate, Parker, was very polite and sat on hold with Verizon customer service to troubleshoot the issue. (Verizon was not helpful at all.) The new manager, Enrique (I hope I remembered his name right!) almost immediately knew what the problem was and fixed it. Everyone was polite and helpful. What was a very frustrating situation ended up being a good experience!

I went to this location to purchase a new14 Pro Max i phone & CaseParker the young man that helped me was so nice & friendly and helped me with everything since I am not technical knowledgeable on these things at 72 years old!Parker gave 5 Star Outstanding Service & was so polite! Even the other young man waiting on the other customer was the same way! So nice now days to see such employee service as it can be rare! I am so happy I came to this location and highly recommend them! I will continue to drive down to this store from now on! If you do make an appointment ask for Parker! He is a real outstanding 5 Star Gentleman employee!!!Warmest RegardsPamela Goulart

Worst customer service ever! Don’t bother making an appointment, they make you wait anyway. And their system is constantly down. Went there 3 times during the week and wasn’t able to do what I needed to do. Just terrible!

I stopped at this store today? trying to get a company change, I'm with xfinity but I thought maybe Verizon could offer a better service but I was ignored by the workers of this store in a very rude way, the manager seems quite arrogant and angry with life. No thanks, I'd rather stay where I am than have to deal with such bitter people. They deserve zero stars.

If you can avoid Verizon, you should. It barely works in Livermore as a service, and has been a real pain. I only switched because of the crazy deals they have been throwing around. I guess you get what you pay for. This store is particularly a train wreck. They completely botched a port of my number to an Apple Watch. Did you know ATT charges $70 per month for an Apple Watch line not attached to a phone line? Nether did I until I found out this Verizon store is full of complete incompetence. ANY network is better then Verizon in Livermore, and these clowns have lost me as a customer for life.
