“Pleasant experience, very fair value for a ring my son had. I don't think the value was known at the time my son received a ring back in his Little League days around age 10. He found it cleaning his room at age 16 and we looked up the value. Still expensive new, but resellers are getting $800 - $2000 for the ring with tiny tiny diamonds and a tiny tiny ruby that and with 14K gold at a high now, thought we would avoid the whole selling online experience.
This was SO easy and a good experience for my son. Our valuation of the gold was on spot, they take their portion and still left with a nice chunk of money for my son.
Very clean inside, cool A/C on a hot day too. I'd go here with anything else I wanted to trade for cash. As a chemically sensitive person, the air fragrance was a bit much inside, but it won't stop us from returning based on fair and honest pricing and positive experience.”
“Beautiful location, not too big but very nice store. I had received a pair of beautiful earrings from my husband, and after about a year, one of the earrings just broke in half. I was so sad. I called my local store to see if I could get another pair, but they no longer carried them in stock at their regular stores, so I was told to check with the outlet stores. I did check with the nearest store in VV, but they didn’t have them either. However, they said a store in Las Vegas showed having 8 pairs in stock. So I checked with that store, and they said that they no longer had them either, but she said a store in Illinois had 20 pairs. She called the store for me and confirmed that they did have them in stock. 😊 I was so excited they did a store transfer to my local store so effortlessly. I spoke to the manager of the store in Pleasanton at Stoneridge Mall, Sylvia, and she was so incredibly helpful. She said she would call me when the earrings arrived, and she did. I picked up my new earrings, and I didn’t even have to pay as Swarovski has a 2-year warranty on their merchandise. Each employee that I entered acted with was very polite and helpful, but I just want to give a big shout out to Sylvia at Stoneridge Mall in Pleasanton, Ca. She was very diligent, polite, and super helpful, and again, I thank her because these earrings were so special to me.”

“I give Watch Station International 5 stars due to their variety of quality watch brands, selections, and customer service. However, one down side of this place is not due to the company nor the employees, but it is actually due to the types of customers they receive. These customers have failed society or have known that they are failures of society. The company has had to open the door in multiple occasions due to the stank of the customers. I feel remorse and sympathy for the workers that have to put up with the rudeness and odor of the customers. I will most definitely return at a less busier time.”
