“I was traveling out of town and ran into an unfortunate situation in which my engine light came on. I came in to get my car looked at and was advised on which part to purchase. They informed me they don’t normally replace this part and that I needed to take it to a mechanic to have it installed. All of the mechanics in the area were closed and I was in a real pickle. Ivan (aka Leo) overheard this and offered to help me install the part himself. He really went the extra mile to help an individual in need. I am very grateful for all of his help.”
“What a nice group of guys!!! We went in looking for batteries for our car key fob and they had them. We didn't have a tiny screwdriver to change out the battery so they let us use one of theirs. We had our dog with us (it was over 100° outside) and they had no issue with us bringing him inside. It wasn't a life-ending situation obviously but they were friendly, helpful and warm...and it was just genuinely nice to interact with such a nice staff. 5 stars for sure!!”
