And they listened to him telling his stories even though they were some people waiting. Plus I walked around to look a lot stuff there think more then oreily or auto zone would have!”

“Was in need of a new battery and after auto zone turned me away saying they couldn't help me until it stopped raining due to needing them to remove the battery (it was a mist drizzle). Had it been raining hard I wouldn't have expected them to remove it and replace it. I called O'Reilly's auto parts down the street and they helped me right away. They removed and replaced the new battery I purchased from them, no hesitation. I was in and out within 10 minutes! Thank you Ben for the great customer service and being so helpful.”

It was still under warranty, so they didn't try to chage it and give it back to me. They just transferred it to a new batter.
