Only one teller nobody could help me I needed information but there was nobody available so I left I wasn't going to stand around and wait for seven people to finish checking out the one teller

Can't get ahold of representative. Rush my passport through their website is a scam. Need a refund of my $200

False advertising. They do not take passport pictures as stated on their website and staff was very unhelpful. Referred me to another FedEx in Tustin who could not help with passport renewal even after calling beforehand.
