About United States Postal Service
The United States Postal Service at 1444 B St is the only post office in town, serving over 157 million addresses across the U.S., territories, and military bases. It processes and delivers a large portion of the world's mail and manages more than 30,000 retail locations. Customers appreciate the reliable and affordable service, especially when packages arrive promptly after minor issues are resolved. The building has a charming, old-fashioned look with mailboxes that add a nostalgic feel. However, the interior can be uncomfortable due to poor insulation and heat, making it difficult for staff and customers. While staff can be polite and patient, some customers have experienced unhelpful service or malfunctioning equipment. Overall, the post office is valued for its important role and convenient location, but improvements in working conditions and customer service would enhance the experience.

While I was being helped, the staff member spoke impatiently to my child. It felt unprofessional and unnecessary.

Too bad the USPS doesn't have the funding needed to properly upgrade and move into the modern era.
