“My samsung note 20 ultra phone's screen became unresponsive all of a sudden. I love my phone and will not change it for the world. So i took it to another phone repair shop (no names) and they told me i would need a new mother board. They said my phone was outdated and they might not be able to find the parts to repair it. I was devastated. I got home and sadly put my phone in my desk drawer. After 4 months i heard about SDS phone repair. So i decided to take my phone in hoping they could help me. I explained the issue to the gentleman at the counter and he told me to leave it. I asked him if it could be fixed. He told me it was just the screen to leave it and come back in 2 days since he had to order the part. 2 days later i showed up. He handed me my phone. When i saw it was working perfectly i felt like hugging that stranger. He charged me $300 wich i gladly payed. He gave me a phone case at no charge. All this happened about 3 years ago. My phone is still going strong and i still havent found a better one to replace it with. Thank goodness for this shop!”

“Went to get my phone repair done and he did a great job on it and then Sold me a Samsung galaxy s22 super nice phone for only $250 and threw in a month of service for free when other stores were asking over 400 for a nice Samsung phone. He always makes good deals there and negotiated with you to work with whatever you have. I'm a happy customer”

“I went in last week because my mom lost her phone and she wanted her own plan. Jaime the sales representative was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She spoke Spanish as well and assisted my mother with all the details she needed. It’s very rare to get great customer service now a days but they exceeded our expectations. “The only boost mobile store around town now, (although if needs be you can pay your bills at other phone joints here and there, which was the case once when computer was down, and to address which, I was routed to another place quite quickly by the staff... That was extremely helpful, especially when you need bill paid asap... This showed me that the staff were willing to help me, a customer, in finding a way to help me out even when they themselves couldn't due to circumstances out of their control.. ). Knowledgable and friendly staff with relatively quick service. In other words it's just another hole in the wall bill payment location along with phones that can be bought just like all other phone places.BUTThe truth is that I REALLY haven't had any concerns with these people so far at all. They're super helpful. There's not much of a wait, if there is one at all. Pretty much all you'd expect in a good phone store... No problems so far and I've been going here for over a year steady, and even before that, occasionally, when the other (now non existent) store was closed on Sundays, and pretty much ever since then I've not run into a single snag with this establishment.They're bilingual as well.?”
