“Current resident. It’s been a wonderful experience so far. Most neighbors are friendly. Haven’t had any issues that couldn’t be solved by myself, the wife or the apartment manager Andrea. She’s always been very friendly, nice, reliable and flexible with anything we’ve brought to her door. It’s a shame she doesn’t live on the property, she’d be a great asset to the community and all the residents who reside here!”

“Ricky is absolutely amazing ?! He has a very warm and professional personality. He went above and beyond to make sure I was not only comfortable but I received the best deal. I was able to get one month free rent due to the promotion. The community is gated, the pool and clubhouse are clean. There is a gym onsite. They have pulled out all the stop and have proven sky is not the limit but only the beginning. The neighbors are peaceful. It’s a beautiful community! You should come check it out for yourself and decide if it’s a good fit for you and your family. ?✅?”

I knew that that's where I wanted to be, Samantha made it so pleasant to want to be there, Created a safe and a trustworthy relationship off the bat, I've lived in several apartments and I knew that that's what I was looking for. “I’ve been staying at this complex for almost 2yrs now and have had no major issues, this place is amazing☺️Lori & Erica do a wonderful job at making sure all tenants needs are met at a timely manner, not to mention the maintenance guy? He is a plus I mean this guy Has alway helped me out whenever I had a issue witch was hardly ever. This is a very clean and quiet place to stay and I will recommend this place to anyone specially with kids, being that they have great schools near by with ? that will pick your kid up and drop them off, if your a parent that works and worry about timing, Well let’s just say that’s one less thing you have to worry about. All this to say if your looking for your next apartment definitely check this place out.?”
