“I’ve purchased 4 6v batteries from Lodi Battery Co. and received nothing but friendly and professional service from Bill. I think D. Craner should consider when complaining about Bill’s repurchase price is that he is probably operating on a narrower profit margin than the big chains. Also, it is my policy to always support our local businesses when I can. An added plus is that the Deka brand that he sells is the most environmentally responsible battery manufacturer in America. (NY Times 11/18/2025) I will always go back to Lodi Battery Co.”
“Great experience. Arrived right before closing time & and expected staff to be annoyed or frustrated and unwilling to help so they can go home- it’s was the complete opposite experience. Both of them took the time to listen to what I’ve been experiencing with my car and helped me pick a great deal! Ask for Dylan if you have any questions, favorite part of his job is talking and assisting people all day ? lol & Ask for Rene if the store has any deals currently going on and he will make sure you get the best product for the best price. O’Reilly you need to give these men a raise!! Way better than my previous experience.”

Maybe they are all overworked and underpaid.. but who isn't? I did get help with a return with no problems. Did not have to wait long either.
