This facility is absolutely immaculate. Very clean, including the shop area where the window tinting takes place. I bought my car in 2017 and I had my windows tinted shortly after. Great work. I was definitely satisfied. They told me to hold on to my original receipt because if my windows started to bubble, they would replace free of charge. In order to have free of charge, DON'T FORGET, YOU NEED THE ORIGINAL RECEIPT. It came time to have my back window redone, 6 yrs later. I took my orginal receipt in with me and there was no charge! When I picked my vehicle up, they told me to keep the receipt. Same thing. It will be no charge if I have the receipt. That is so awesome. The work is high quality. Friendly service as well! “Called Lodi Auto Glass and Windshield Replacement one day and they were able to schedule someone for the following day. Zak came out and was great! Friendly, honest and helpful explaining things. When he got there (he was even early which was great) he realized that as there are multiple possibilities for the windshield he was fixing that he had the wrong glass. He apologized, told us he could go get it and would come right back. We didn’t have to reschedule as he was still in the time frame tee we’re originally told. He kept us updated via texts about his timeline and showed back up and got the job done quickly and efficiently.
