“I contacted this business in early November, 2021 asking for information and general price quotes for a gas fireplace to replace the old, malfunctioning one currently in my home. I spoke with Bea who made some suggestions and promptly emailed information to me. She also recommended an installer who would do measurements to confirm an appropriate size and fit. Her recommendation for the installer was excellent: he responded quickly to my message, came to my house on time and gave me some valuable advice. I then went to the Totalfireplace store in Lodi to see an actual floor model, and another employee (not Bea) took the time/trouble to set up a smaller version of what I wanted, the larger one not being in their available stock. I ordered the model that I wanted, put down a deposit, and was told that it would likely be several months before the shipping backlog would resolve and delivery would become possible. A few days ago, now late January, my wife and I had business in Lodi so I took her by the store to show her what I had picked out. Bea, who is a grand-daughter of the owner, was there that day and remembered sending me information severay months earlier. We talked about my order as I showed Clair the model that I had chosen. Bea said that she had not yet heard about a delivery date, but said that she would check for us. Yesterday I received an email from Bea advising that the shipment had arrived but had not yet been delivered to their store, so it would likely be available soon. Genuinely nice people who went out of their way to do it right. I wish all businesses were so accomodating.”

“In October I shipped a fairly expensive acrylic on canvas painting from Dallas to Lodi, and although it was crated unfortunately the Conservation Glass in the frame cracked. I pulled apart just enough of the backing, retaining pins and canvas so I could remove the broken glass. I was afraid the damage to the back of the frame and some rubs on the matting would cause this to be an expensive repair. When I took it in to McKinley's Frame Shop, the owner Danielle she said it was a simple repair and she would have it done in a few days. Four days later, it was ready and when I picked it up I think it looked better than when I made the purchase, and Danielle was super reasonable in her pricing. I won't have my artwork framed anywhere else.”

Some of the wood pieces are beautifully handcrafted! I look forward to my next visit there. I always find nice gifts for people. Her plants are so happy, too! “This is a wonderful shop. The owners do a great job of decorating. They sell items that are unique and offered at reasonable prices. Every time I am in Lodi I try to stop in and I always end up buying something cute that I feel I can't live without. Covid 19 note:They have hand sanitizer at the door also it is never crowded so I feel completely safe.”

“I hate writing reviews where I sound like a broken record especially when you got so many locations. To be honest I love Hobby Lobby. In any Hobby Lobby location, they are consistent in service, clean environment, merchandise and their deals/sales. Just two weeks ago my cousin from Hawaii wanted so bad to go to a Hobby Lobby. She owns a bakery in Hawaii and at this time 2024 has no Hobby Lobby in Hawaii. So she splurged in the baking section. What's great us it was 40% off at the time. I even spent on an empanada/dumpling press and round cookie cutters. There's always something for everyone. I LOVE IT!”

“The lines are always long. They have a very small selection for plus sizes. The shoe selection when the inventory is full is really quite amazing. I love their 99cent bags they are always cool, and I can use them for so many different art projects. Oh and the art supply isle is amazing. They have everything you need for a fun day.”
