We had a very pleasant experience purchasing our new mattress! Our salesman was Max, he was very knowledgeable on all of the mattresses in the store, explained them extremely well and there was zero pressure to purchase. I would highly recommend Mattress Firm if you need a new mattress.

I am very pleased with my purchase of a mattress at Lodi Mattress Firm. William, the sales rep, was very helpful. He showed me the various models of beds I was intersted in. He gave me all the pros and cons. Answered all my questions. No pressure trying to upsell. I would recommend them. Delivery went well.
