I called and spoke to a lady to make sure someone could help with my amazon returns and when I got there she remembered I called and did everything for me. Greatly appreciated!

The cost of shipping seems very high for ground shipping. The documentation that I received was simply a long printed cash register slip which did not confirm the destination address. The assistant who served me promised to add extra shipping tape to the package but I did not see her do it.
