I showed up out of desperation as I had just apparently ran over something that caused me to have a rapid tire leak. Just rapid enough that I knew I could make to the University exit in Redlands with just enough air to get home.
I just jumped out of the car and asked if I could have my tire inflated to its max psi. The gentlemen reaction was an annoyed and friendly “Yes”. I apologized for interrupting him and he was ok with that. He got me squared away and I got home with just minutes to spare be fore that tire was completely flat.
The customer service and kind attitude was even a lesson for me.

“Jay was very knowledgeable & extremely helpful. He wasn’t overzealous with trying to make a sale & provided exemplary customer service. The man who did the accounting (I don’t recall his name, but he had an “LA” tattoo on his forearm) was also really kind & knowledgeable taking the time to explain what I was signing & answering all the questions I had. The show room was clean & we were offered waters & accommodated kindly. My sons got a little impatient with waiting for the paperwork, but they responded with patience & understanding which I really appreciated. I purchased a 2025 Tucson today & it was a wonderful experience. I was happy to hear that 3 years maintenance is covered. They even put a bow on the car for me. I’d recommend buying a car there.”
“Michele was the person who helped us. She was able to answer all the questions we had and if she didn’t know, would figure it out. She was honest by saying she was newer to the business and had a few things to learn. Michele was very nice, friendly, and did everything she could to make sure we got what we wanted. I know that’s their job, but with that being said she was very personable. Talked to us like normal people not a sale. We appreciated working with her.
Spreen Mazda in itself was a very clean facility. The cars they have a beautiful. I will say buying a car is different than it has been in the past. They were not super pushy. I would definitely recommend going there if you are looking for a nicer car buying experience.
My only suggestion to all car businesses, as a buyer, it’s a long day, please find a way to provide food, snacks, drinks, something. After a few hours of being there I wanted to leave and eat. If you want us to stay and keep shopping, offer food. Even have a food truck to come by once in a while. That would be a game changer.”

“Kim is a dedicated problem solver. I called Import Auto while on a road trip near Barstow. I experienced issues with my wheel bearing that was concerning, but not critical. After calling no less than 20 mechanics in a 200Mi radius, Kim took the time on the phone to provide me with professional guidance and support. He also kept tabs on me as I continued my journey and made it home safe. Although I did not need his shops services I can guarantee that Kim and his team are about as solid as they come.”
