He did an excellent job installing it, was very detail-oriented, and it was clear he takes great pride in his work. I highly recommend this place if you have any issues with your car windows.”

I showed up out of desperation as I had just apparently ran over something that caused me to have a rapid tire leak. Just rapid enough that I knew I could make to the University exit in Redlands with just enough air to get home.

I just jumped out of the car and asked if I could have my tire inflated to its max psi. The gentlemen reaction was an annoyed and friendly “Yes”. I apologized for interrupting him and he was ok with that. He got me squared away and I got home with just minutes to spare be fore that tire was completely flat.

The customer service and kind attitude was even a lesson for me.

“I usually never write reviews, but Elite Auto Repair absolutely deserves one. Mr. Faria is one of the most honest and trustworthy mechanics I’ve worked with.

I originally took my car to the dealership because my AC wasn’t working, and they tried to charge me thousands of dollars for a whole new evaporator. Thankfully, I found Elite Auto Repair before going through with it. Mr. Faria did a complete work-up on my car, explained everything clearly, showed me exactly what was going on, and ended up fixing the issue for only a couple hundred dollars instead.

I brought my car back again before my move for a full tune-up, and once again he took great care of me. He replaced my spark plugs, charged way less than the dealership, and the quality of work was excellent. Even though his shop stays busy, he always checked in to make sure I’d have my car back when I needed it whether it was by the end of the day or in time for the weekend.

It’s honestly hard to find mechanics you can trust nowadays, but Elite Auto Repair is the kind of shop you hope to find and I’m so glad I did. Very honest pricing, quality of work, and great communication. I’ve already recommended Mr. Faria and Elite Auto Repair to my family and friends in the area, and I just wish I had found them sooner. HIGHLY recommend.”

“Michele was the person who helped us. She was able to answer all the questions we had and if she didn’t know, would figure it out. She was honest by saying she was newer to the business and had a few things to learn. Michele was very nice, friendly, and did everything she could to make sure we got what we wanted. I know that’s their job, but with that being said she was very personable. Talked to us like normal people not a sale. We appreciated working with her.
Spreen Mazda in itself was a very clean facility. The cars they have a beautiful. I will say buying a car is different than it has been in the past. They were not super pushy. I would definitely recommend going there if you are looking for a nicer car buying experience.
My only suggestion to all car businesses, as a buyer, it’s a long day, please find a way to provide food, snacks, drinks, something. After a few hours of being there I wanted to leave and eat. If you want us to stay and keep shopping, offer food. Even have a food truck to come by once in a while. That would be a game changer.”

“Quick in to get my appointment and service started. Already knew what I was in for and offered suggestions to other things I could use. Quick oil change and new wiper blades being done in a couple hours (my appointment was at noon) for like 111 bucks.”

I originally knew this place as Island Auto Parts (Low Mileage Used Japanese Engines & Transmissions), but they’re now under a new name with a completely new crew: Tur’s Tires – General Mechanic & Body Shop Service. And honestly, the upgrade is real.

I brought in my 2005 Saturn Vue because my oil pressure sensor went out. Most mechanics don’t even want to touch my car — they complain it’s “too old” or they’re too lazy to look up the parts. After going to two or three different shops with no help, Javier was the first person who actually took the problem seriously.

He checked everything, found out rodents had been chewing the insulation under my hood (I park next to a field), cleaned it all out, made sure nothing was damaged, and confirmed the car was safe to drive. He ordered the sensor, got the part in, and fixed it the same day. No excuses, no attitude, no runaround.

Because of how thorough and honest they were, I’ve officially made them my permanent mechanic for all my car needs. If you want a shop that actually cares, works fast, and doesn’t treat you like an inconvenience, this is the place.

Highly recommend.

Side Note: Since the new crew recently took over, they don’t have their card machine set up yet, so you’ll need to pay in cash. They’re totally fine with you writing out your own receipt to document the service you received”

Recently, I brought in my 2003 Toyota Tundra for a major tune-up, and Henry and his team did an outstanding job. My truck runs better now than it did before I brought it in. I highly recommend this place if you have any car troubles, Henry is very informative, helpful, and takes great care of his customers.”
