“Everything I make a trip to Loma Linda I make sure to shop at this well stocked store. I make sure to scoop as much brewer's yeast into plastic bags to take full advantage of the reasonable price per pound.”

“If you love used and rare books, you should check out Floodway Books in Loma Linda, California. We stop there every time we are in the Loma Linda-San Bernadino area. We always leave with a handful of surprise finds.
There are a huge number of books at Floodway, located in multiple buildings. The collection covers a universe of subjects including history, biography, religion, poetry and art. Leland, the owner, can tell you something about every book in the collection. The collection buildings are located in a unique setting with numerous large succulents, interspersed with salvaged metal art objects.
If you want to see the collection, you do need to arrange a visit with Leland in advance so that he can open up the store. Once you have spent time at Floodway, , I think you will agree your visit was a unique experience.”

“The best children's bookstore - plus also a great selection of books for adults as well! And they are very willing to order a book for you if they don't have it. A great alternative to Amazon. You can call, text, or DM them on Instagram and they are very responsive. Lots of great book clubs and other events held there too ??”

“I can always find something good. But I'm vegan, and they still put whip cream on my coffee. Put a little crimp in an otherwise great day. I love bookstores.”

“This is a nice little bookstore but there is not a lot to choose from. They have some newer books, some clothes and accessories.
Out the door and to the right along the side of the building you can go back to the used books they offer. They are no prices that I could see and a few empty shelves. They also offer clothes and accessories. A cute little shop but we did not find anything to purchase.”

“Nice well stocked student store next to The Habit and Panda Express. I was looking for a cap with the Coyote mascot on it, but every cap with the logo had big CSUSB letters next to the mascot. If they were to sell a cap with only the Coyote logo in front and CSUSB arched in back - that would look sick and probably make it a hot item. Just saying 😉 By the way, beautiful campus near the mountains.”

“I was expelled from Marymount College. I had my boyfriend, but he ditched me for no reason. He became interested in my friend. I couldn't focus on school work. I got bad grades. My GPA went downhill. That's what happened. I called other community colleges in California, but they all said "No" as soon as I told them that I was expelled from Marymount college. However, Riverside City College is the ONLY college which took me in despite my bad GPA. Tutors there are so patient, but because of their and professors' help, I could graduate from Riverside City College! Now, thanks to RCC, I am living my dream of being a university student.”
