“Tried Lightfoot out for the 1st time. Came HIGHLY RECOMMENDED by tons of people. They did not disappoint. Josh was finally able to fix the mystery problem on my son's truck. Wasn't too expensive, communicated everything to us and only took a few days to hunt down the problem (the 2 other mechanics couldn't) and fix it. Lightfoot is sick with us now :)”

“I had a great experience with Al. He set me up with a super clean super well maintained SUV that was nicer than anything else I had been looking at in my budget. All of the cars on his lot are in beautiful condition. He even touched up the sun damage on the bumper with a fresh coat of paint before i picked it up. Its little things like that that make all the difference. I've bought a few cars in my lifetime, but this was the FIRST good experience I've had buying. This was also the only place that offered me a 6 month warranty on a vehicle in my budget. I didn't feel rushed or pressured either. I'm grateful to have been recommended to Al's Automotive.”
“I came back to Harbor Tires to get a couple tires mounted by Mario, the onsite technician at Harbor Tires. He was quite busy, so I just dropped off my rims and tires and left. Within a hour or so, Ms. Lupe called me and told me everything was done. She was nice enough to allow me to comeback at the end of day or potentially the weekend. She completely understood that I wasn't close by and how bad traffic is. This neighborhood tire and brake shop has been serving the area for almost 15 years. They understand times are tough, so they have used tires available in most sizes, however there's no warranty on used tires. Mario also offers tire repairs, when it's possible and safe for him to do.”
“Worked on my Aprilia Tuono motorcycle. Granted it was a roll of the dice, and they had to improvise so the quote and the final price was different but I give them lots of credit for taking it on, and being creative in solving the problem. It's risky for a shop to try something new. I don't think most shops would have tried. While I did end up needing additional polishing work from another place, they did a solid job on the tube forming and welding. The owner could have put on a happy face when he realized he would't make as much money from the job as he expected (was a bit immature about it to be honest) I did give him as much leeway as possible (asked him to work on it in-between other projects, so in net-terms they would not loose business due to the extra time required).”
