“Marco was able to take my car in with short notice after the transmission was showing signs of failure. Took a while to diagnose, but I felt he was honest in what he found, and gave me a few choices in terms of rebuild or exchange with a used transmission. He stuck to his quoted price and seemed to really care about doing the job correctly and was good about explaining what he found inside, showed me detailed photos during the process, and showed me the parts that had worn down to cause the problem. Took the car for a 200 mile drive shortly after receiving it back and have been driving for about a week since then, all seems to be running smooth, so I feel that it will be in good shape going forward. I would come back to Marco at Lomita Transmission in the future if so needed, with a different car - Thank you Marco.”
